$104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize daily manufacturing operations and production schedules.
Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee production staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.

Develop and manage operational budgets to control costs and maximize efficiency.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Track record of driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience implementing automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
