What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the implementation and management of systems and tools that support the Implementation organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization
Map, monitor, and analyze onboarding and deployment workflows to resolve pain points
Evaluate the effectiveness and scalability of Implementation tools and processes using data analysis and performance metrics
Drive initiatives to refine customer service packages related to onboarding and activation
What is Required (Qualifications)
6+ years of experience in operations, customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success
Strong understanding of the customer journey, particularly in onboarding and activation stages
Proven ability to optimize operational processes and build scalable frameworks
Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle
Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading implementation-focused initiatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with enablement activities such as creating documentation, playbooks, and training materials
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on operational excellence
Strong analytical skills for data tracking and reporting to inform improvements
Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical roles
