Canvass Supervisor – 100k+ DaBella is seeking a driven Canvass Supervisor to lead and inspire a high‑performing team of canvassers. As a dynamic leader with a proven track record of driving results and closing deals, you will work closely with upper management to build and execute our canvassing strategy and elevate team performance.

Compensation Base pay: $22.50 hourly + uncapped bonus opportunities.

Average Canvass Supervisors earn an additional $1,500 – $3,000 monthly in bonus.

Top performers exceed $4,000 monthly in bonus.

Job Responsibilities

Motivate and lead a team of canvassers to exceed goals and achieve sales targets.

Recruit top talent, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and onboard new team members.

Provide ongoing mentorship and actionable feedback to foster continuous improvement.

Build rapport with homeowners, presenting solutions for their home improvement needs.

Communicate the benefits and features of DaBella’s products through compelling pitches.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas.

Walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods.

Operate a company‑provided van, maintaining a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
