$71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and profitability drivers.
Develop, maintain, and review standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead.
Manage inventory valuation, reconciliation, and physical inventory counts.
Prepare detailed cost reports, budget vs. actual analyses, and performance metrics.
Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for production costs.
Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
Support month-end close activities related to cost of goods sold and inventory.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of dedicated cost accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and absorption costing principles.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to manufacturing operations.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with specific ERP costing modules (e.g., SAP CO, Oracle Manufacturing).
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced reporting.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
Advanced Excel modeling skills, including VBA or Power Query.
