Salary Range:
$65,000 - $98,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting for manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead.
Calculate and analyze inventory valuation, including work-in-process and finished goods.
Prepare comprehensive product costing and profitability reports.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process for production costs.
Identify and recommend cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
Reconcile inventory accounts and analyze inventory adjustments.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of progressive cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding and practical application of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting specific to manufacturing operations.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data and provide actionable insights.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP system optimization, configuration, or implementation (e.g., SAP CO, Oracle EBS).
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Advanced Excel modeling and VBA programming skills.
