An established firm based in Houston with over 15 years in practice is seeking an
Experienced Paralegal
with
at least 3 years of hands‑on personal injury litigation experience
to join their team. This Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting trial preparation and managing complex litigation workflows.
Offer
Salary range: $65,000‑$85,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, including trial preparation.
The candidate should have expert skills in client intake, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and handling e‑discovery workflows.
Proficiency in deposition scheduling, subpoenas, and witness coordination is required.
The candidate must demonstrate strong calendar management skills to track statutes of limitation, motion filings, and trial scheduling.
Comfort with legal technologies such as case management platforms and office software including MS Office and SharePoint is essential.
Notary or public certifications are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
The paralegal will assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and coordinating depositions and subpoenas.
The paralegal will handle trial preparation logistics such as exhibit preparation, video synchronization, electronic notebooks, and jury research.
The paralegal will maintain accurate calendars to ensure compliance with deadlines and will manage client communications and case documentation.
The paralegal will utilize legal technology tools to streamline workflows and support efficient case management.
