Executive Assistant to C‑Suite + Office Manager
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the C‑Suite + Office Manager in our Nashville, TN office who supports a highly professional leadership team at GHP, an architectural, environmental, and construction services consulting firm.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑level administrative, operational, and cultural support to the CEO, COO, CFO, and National Account Executive.
Oversee office management functions, supervise the Office Coordinator, and maintain a welcoming, warm, and professional office environment.
Coordinate events, meetings, travel, and procurement to ensure smooth operations.
Build and strengthen company culture through event planning, cultural touchpoints, and welcome of new team members.
Anticipate needs and manage competing priorities to keep leaders fully supported.
Qualifications
5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar hybrid role supporting senior leadership.
Strong written and verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and outstanding people skills.
Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, organizational, and tech‑savvy skills; proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience managing or mentoring administrative staff and event planning or culture‑building experience is a strong plus.
Ability to lift 20–25 pounds, walk, stand, bend, decorate, and move around the office.
This is a full‑time, in‑office, highly people‑oriented role that blends executive administration, office operations, event coordination, and culture building.
