What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers managing the full sales cycle from prospect to close
Continuously build a healthy pipeline to ensure growth
Manage accounts and set them up for success before passing them off to account management
Negotiate rates and manage contracts
Coordinate shipments through dedicated operations and dispatch teams
Represent a brand trusted nationwide for safety and service excellence
Hit necessary KPIs established by leadership
What We’re Looking For
2-5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics experience
Proven sales and relationship‑building success
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Exceeds sales targets
Entrepreneurial mindset and self‑motivation
Ability to manage customer relationships
