Administer physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their residences according to physician orders and the plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services / Clinical Manager. Hours
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday No holidays Compensation & Benefits (Eligible Employees)
