Overview An Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) administers physical therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

Flexible schedule
8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Monday through Friday
No holidays

Qualifications & Job Requirements
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant license
Two (2) years’ experience preferred
CPR certification
A valid Wisconsin driver’s license and car insurance
