Job Description A Physical Therapist Assistant administers physical therapy to patients in their homes, following physician orders and the plan of care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
Hours & Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible scheduling)
No holidays

Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist Assistant License
CPR certification
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and car insurance
Two years of experience preferred
