Summary Pyramid Healthcare is dedicated to offering the highest quality of care to those we serve. Our Langhorne residential program provides gender-specific, individualized recovery services for adult men and women in Bucks County and surrounding areas. The program teaches women how to safely cope with physical, psychological and emotional trauma without using substances, empowering them to overcome feelings of victimization and move toward a life of wellness and personal growth. Men in our treatment program at Langhorne live on‑site in a structured setting where they receive education, therapy and medical care to assist them in working through personal issues and ultimately overcoming their addiction. Behavioral Health Technicians assist with the intake process, coordinate activities, and follow objectives of treatment plans.

Shift
1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm – includes at least one weekend day
2nd Shift: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm – includes at least one weekend day
3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am – includes at least one weekend day
Pay $15 per hour, before shift differentials
1st Shift differential: Saturday & Sunday $1.00
2nd Shift differential: Monday–Friday $1.00; Saturday & Sunday $1.50
3rd Shift differential: Monday–Friday $1.50; Saturday & Sunday $1.50
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with intake process of new clients into the program
Communicate with staff verbally or in written logs, maintaining detailed client logs
Listen to clients concerning all areas of treatment, maintaining a safe, orderly, therapeutic physical environment, including crisis intervention
Coordinate activities including lectures, recreation, and meetings
Conduct mandatory bed checks as required per department, completing bed‑check sheets for shift reporting
Ensure client schedule is followed daily
Follow objectives of treatment plans
Monitor medication line
Transport clients to meetings and recreation
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Experience in drug and alcohol or mental health settings
Facilitating process groups and family sessions
