Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Point Pleasant, NJ.
Compensation & Schedule Per Diem shifts: Any 8‑hour shift. One weekend per month is required. Shift differentials: $1.50 for 3 PM‑11 PM and 11 PM‑7 AM. Hourly pay range $32–$41. Same‑day pay available.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician’s plan of treatment.
Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments per the plan of care (POC).
Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
Qualifications
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in New Jersey.
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
