Overview Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for an Otolaryngologist (ENT Doctor) to join our multi‑specialty medical group and help build the practice.
Responsibilities
Full‑Time Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Physician.
Board‑Certified in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (preferred).
Preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) – NO weekends.
Mostly outpatient and occasional inpatient consults.
Help the medical group build the new ENT specialty and service line.
Offers flexibility and autonomy in building the practice.
Base salary plus production bonus (50% of collections).
Base salary ranges from $500,000–$600,000 and is negotiable.
Sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance will also be given.
Position located in Victorville, CA – about 45 minutes from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
