Clinical Supervisor

for either the

field office. Clinical Supervisors form an essential component of the Congregate Care Bureau’s mission by ensuring that youth receive the right level of care, appropriate treatment, and necessary duration of support. Supervisors will lead Family Support Clinicians (FSCs) who provide clinical support and psychoeducation to birth, foster, post‑adoption, and other caregivers, aiming to stabilize youth within their communities, prevent placement disruptions, and assist with healthy Congregate Care transitions during discharge. Through immediate intervention and therapeutic strategies, FSCs work to prevent youth from entering the foster care system by maintaining stability in home environments and ensuring continuity of care.

The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug‑free workplace. Anyone offered employment will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug test and complete a criminal history background investigation. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory results.
