Job Description We are seeking a motivated and client-focused

Client Relationship Manager

to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service, building lasting partnerships, and supporting the ongoing success of our programs. Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients

Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams

Understand client needs and ensure solutions align with their goals

Monitor client satisfaction and address inquiries or concerns promptly

Coordinate onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing clients

Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention

Maintain accurate client records and documentation
