Customer Service Representative – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

Location: Bloomington, MN

Schedule: 4-day work week (Tuesday–Friday), 10-hour shifts

Pay Range: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

In partnership with Doherty Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a leading manufacturer of tools and equipment. This is a contract-to-hire role offering excellent benefits and a collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email
• Process orders, service requests, and returns accurately
• Advise customers on product pricing, availability, and warranty policies
• Respond to invoice inquiries and resolve customer issues
• Perform data entry in ERP systems and maintain high accuracy
• Support front desk procedures and assist with other duties as needed

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems
• International shipping knowledge
• Bilingual in Spanish #metrocareers
