Physician Assistant - Family Practice & Emergency Medicine

We are seeking highly skilled Physician Assistants to join our dynamic urgent care teams across multiple locations. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in urgent or acute care settings
- Certification: NCCPA, PA Cert, Family NP Cert, BLS
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system and ability to use it effectively in documentation and patient management
- Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across age groups (6 months and older) in both family practice and emergency medicine settings
- Excellent interpersonal soft skills to effectively communicate with patients and support staff
- Knowledge of minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, ear irrigation, etc.
- Able to work without supervision and manage diverse case types efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications or training in advanced emergency procedures
- Experience in pediatrics and adult urgent care
- Familiarity with other EMR systems and healthcare technology platforms
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Board-certified or NCCPA-certified Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with at least 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience
- Prior experience working independently as the sole provider in urgent care centers
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work at multiple sites within a 65-mile radius of your residence
- Flexibility to accommodate varying patient volumes, up to approximately 40 patients per day depending on the site
- Must pass credentialing, including Medicare enrollment
- Willingness to complete EMR training and onboarding prior to first solo shift
- No travel or lodging reimbursement provided; only mileage
