Join Our Team as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine or Family Practice

In this role, you will be the sole provider responsible for managing a diverse caseload of adult and pediatric patients, performing minor procedures, and utilizing Epic EMR systems to ensure seamless documentation. Your expertise will help deliver timely, quality care to patients from 6 months of age and older across multiple locations within a 65-mile radius.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in urgent care or emergency medicine
- Current Board Certification (e.g., NCCPA, NP Boards) and PA/NP licensure
- BLS certification is mandatory
- Proficiency with Epic EMR and ability to independently manage patient visits
- Strong soft skills to effectively collaborate with support staff and connect with patients
- Ability to see and treat all patients as the sole provider in the center
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures
- Prior experience working independently in urgent care or emergency medicine settings
- Familiarity with pediatric and adult patient management
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner with at least 12 months experience in urgent care or emergency settings
- Willingness to support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius
- Ability to work flexible hours based on site needs
Other Requirements:
- Availability for shifts starting on or after December 31, 2025
- No travel reimbursement; mileage only
- Ability to pass clinical interview, EMR training, and onboarding processes prior to starting solo shifts
- Support from a dedicated supervising physician will be provided
