Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization Define requirements and redesign business processes, workflows, and data standards Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference Support configuration of the agency management system and reporting tools Lead training efforts to ensure effective implementation of new processes What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business Understanding of the insurance brokerage business Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to improve processes by refining efficiency, quality, and effectiveness Strong teamwork skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and leaders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
