What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the organization
Define requirements and configure agency management systems to enhance business processes
Document and maintain procedures and business process artifacts for training and reference
Lead training efforts to ensure effective implementation of new processes and technologies
Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to improve efficiency and consistency
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the insurance brokerage business
Strong understanding of the impact of decisions on business process design
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to refine and improve workflows and procedures using best practices
Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with an agency management system
Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
Demonstrates a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results
