Position Principal Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Lead Recruiter)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals and workforce plans.
Manages national and international recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
Builds diverse candidate pipelines through networking, outreach, partnerships, and vendors.
Coordinates interviews, travel, and communications to ensure a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.
Utilizes ATS, career site, and recruiting platforms for efficient job posting and tracking.
Develops and reports on hiring metrics to guide strategy and planning.
Ensures legal hiring practices and supports manager education and sponsorship programs.
Writes and updates job descriptions; conducts market pay analysis for accurate postings.
Leads 30/60/90‑day check‑ins to support new hire engagement and retention.
Champions company values, supports HR initiatives, and provides admin support as needed.
Qualifications
Prioritizes stakeholder needs, teamwork, and collaborative problem‑solving in all interactions.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously with effective planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Thrives in fast‑paced environments, demonstrating flexibility, independent judgment, and proactive decision‑making.
Delivers clear, professional written and verbal communication across teams and organizational levels.

Desired Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 8+ years of experience managing full‑cycle recruitment.
Proven success recruiting for mid‑level to executive roles across technical, operational, and corporate functions, with experience in high‑volume seasonal hiring and international recruitment (Canada).
