What You’ll Do: As our Executive Assistant you’ll be the right hand to our C‑suite, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role will manage the expected - scheduling meetings and booking travel – to taking on lots of undefined extras as you grow with us and we come to lean on you more. We’re a fully remote, multicultural, international company – and you’ll help us navigate time zones and cultural nuances with ease.
Expectations:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates exceptionally well, and can anticipate needs before they arise
Time zone flexibility – as our CEO splits time between the US/UK
Managing and optimizing calendars (meetings, reminders), and generally protecting the CEO’s calendar to stay mindful of necessary vs unnecessary meetings, preparing structured meeting goals, and enforcing follow up
Preparing daily brief one‑sheets
Managing emails and other communications
Attending meetings when CEO is unable to (typically due to time zone issues), including preparing summaries, meeting notes, and alerts for anything requiring his intervention
Helping structure workflows, tasks, and priorities
International travel planning
Some travel for meetings, as required
Possibility of occasional personal tasks (within reason)
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience supporting founders and/or C‑level leaders – startups preferred
Highly reliable, great attention to detail, and exceptional organization
Strong communication, written and spoken
Security sensitive – you understand the importance of discretion and are always a step ahead in protecting sensitive information.
A forward‑thinking mindset—someone who can plan ahead, not just react
Looking for someone who can start quickly and integrate smoothly, with ability to adapt and stay flexible, as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
US (EST required, NYC preferred)

Salary Range $70‑85k, dependent upon experience
