What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Schedule, reschedule, coordinate, and cancel patient appointments in a call center environment
Input and update accurate patient information to ensure efficient operations
Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, demonstrating effective communication skills
Provide accurate and complete information to patients and other stakeholdersMaintain strict confidentiality and handle conflicts professionally using effective service recovery skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling within a healthcare setting
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Intermediate proficiency with computers, particularly the MS Office Suite
Basic keyboard skills and telephone etiquette
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with the EPIC system
Previous call center experience
