Job Description Shift:

2nd Shift, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays

Position:

Entry-level assembler manufacturing injection molding automotive and HVAC parts

Responsibilities include:

Following standardized procedures for assembly

Conducting quality checks

Operating up to five automatic machines

Performing visual quality audits

Sorting parts, conducting utility, packaging, and staging

Verifying labels and packaging

Logging rejects and maintaining lot traceability

Performing required paperwork

Adhering to safety practices

Maintaining production efficiency and proficiency

Additional Information Pay increases to $16.50 after 2 weeks of training on 1st shift; initial pay is $15/hour. The position is located in Goodland, Indiana, and is part of Pro Resources, a locally-owned staffing firm since 1986, offering benefits and career support.
