What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries during calls
Maintain performance goals and productivity standards
Become proficient with processes after completing structured training
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1+ year work experience required
Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or insurance claims preferred
Experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer windows open is desirable
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous interaction and communication with patients regarding medical information is strongly preferred
Experience in a fast-paced work environment is a plus
