What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers

Assist Spanish-speaking customers for 85% of calls

Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances

Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries during calls

Maintain performance goals and become proficient in processes through structured training

What is Required (Qualifications)

Must be professionally fluent in both English and Spanish

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal, listening, and organization skills

Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
