We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self‑motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer‑facing experience to deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using our custom car haulers. The role combines customer service, physical activity, and administrative responsibilities.
Shift Requirement The hours for this position are from
7 am – 5 pm ,
9 am – 7 pm
or
11 am – 9 pm . We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week with days off rotating between weekdays and weekend days.
Pay & Growth
Pay Range: $17‑$19 hourly
Starting Pay: $17/hr
At 3 months: $17.50/hr
At 6 months: $18/hr
In your first year, you can progress from $17/hr to $19/hr through our performance‑based Careers‑Not‑Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually and an additional $0.50 increase in pay every 90 days. Market Operations may offer other performance‑based incentive programs specific to your location.

About the Role
Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our custom car haulers (no commercial license required).
Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler; this part requires physical exertion and maintaining a safe vehicle condition.
Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Obtain a local notary within the first 90 days (sponsored by Carvana) and satisfy state‑specific requirements.
Satisfy state‑specific access to DMV/title and registration systems.
Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or another state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
General Qualifications & Requirements
Perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing, loading/unloading vehicles, and working indoors and outdoors in inclement or extreme weather.
Walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
Reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat as needed.
Grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs.
Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
