2026 - Culinary Professionals - Special Diet (Allergen) Chef / Sous Chef - Seasonal Relocation. Wolfoods, Inc. operates summer camp kitchens across the country between May and September. This on-site, hands-on position is non-local and requires relocation for the summer season. All culinary staff live on site at the job location; room, board, and travel assistance are provided. Responsibilities

Control inventory and assist in assembling orders for procurement Project management and clear communication Uphold Wolfoods standards of service and quality Apply deep knowledge of food safety for special-diet meal preparation; accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions Interact with campers, staff, parents, and guests; maintain professional communication Maintain health department sanitation standards Manage staff and supervise personnel Follow the Wolfoods Camp Food Training Program; attend in-service trainings and staff meetings Use weights and measures to execute recipes; ensure accurate timing, quantity, quality, and plating Prepare all menu items and fulfill special request events; follow standardized recipes Plan, schedule, direct, and train team members; emphasize cross-utilization of ingredients Estimate production needs, establish par levels, and maintain inventory Identify lead times for special-diet ingredients (2+ weeks) and communicate needs Recommend equipment purchases as needed Possibly act as front-of-house supervisor in the absence of other Wolfoods staff Produce safe special-diet and allergen foods Qualifications and Requirements

2+ years commercial kitchen experience Minimum three professional references with application submission Proficient in relevant skills for the specific role Quality-driven with the ability to self-motivate Maintain a clean work environment and uphold Health Department Standards Ability to lead a team and take direction Minimum 6-day, 70-hour work week Must live on-site in a rural setting with possible shared living spaces Ability to work under temperature-variant conditions and stand for long periods Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds Must bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods ServSafe Allergens Certification required before start (Company Sponsored) Ability to identify the Big 9 Allergens and communicate effectively Ability to cook from scratch with minimal supervision Ability to adapt a menu to multiple dietary needs Ideal Candidates
