What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage day-to-day sales activities and relationships with architectural millwork companies and fabricators in your territory

Schedule and conduct face-to-face consultations with existing and potential customers to discuss surfacing product solutions

Maintain accountability for territory growth through new client acquisition and development of existing relationships

Provide exceptional customer service, establishing yourself as a one-stop-shop for clients

Keep updated on Richelieu's surfacing product offerings and market conditions

What is Required (Qualifications):

5+ years of successful consultative outside sales experience within the solid surface, premium panel, or laminate categories

Existing network of fabricator relationships is an advantage

Strong work ethic with a proactive and coachable attitude

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

University degree preferred, but not required

Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring abilities

Ability to effectively manage your own time and deliver on results
