Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in our North Jersey location. In this role, the Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Additionally, the Specialist will oversee sales efforts, provide training to team members as needed, and collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including developing sales strategies and managing accounts.
Experience in Training to support and enhance team development.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Bergen County, NJ.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools is a plus.
