Maintenance Manager (Food Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Manager
to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, facility upkeep, food safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all equipment and facility maintenance activities
Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams
Troubleshoot equipment issues and oversee repairs
Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and GMP standards
Supervise, coach, and develop the maintenance team
Manage maintenance budgets, vendors, and contractors
Drive continuous improvement in reliability, safety, and cost efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred)
Prior maintenance management experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
