HR OPERATIONS -
CORRECTIONAL HEALTH SERVICES Date range approx.
: 02/02/2026 to 04/04/2026
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Use
Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
to create presentations, charts, and graphs. Support
training class scheduling
and ensure proper classroom setup. Create surveys and perform
general administrative duties
(answer phones, order supplies, travel arrangements). Support
HR Operations
with contract coordination and personnel file audits. Serve as liaison between
CHS departments and Office of Legal Affairs (OLA) . Review student and resident agreements for accuracy, completeness, and correct templates. Track, maintain, upload, and distribute
executed agreements
in shared databases. Manage contract tracking systems, key dates, and execution status. Ensure compliance with internal policies and contract administration processes. Review HRIS personnel records and coordinate corrections with HR managers. Preferred Skills: Experience in
contract administration or administrative coordination . Strong
document review, organization, and attention to detail
skills. Familiarity working with
legal teams . Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills. Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) . Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
