This state-of-the-art extrusion and polymer manufacturing facility is building strong inventory and material control practices from the ground up.**Job Summary**
The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records by performing regular physical counts of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. This role investigates inventory discrepancies, ensures accurate system transactions, and supports strong internal controls across the Buffalo facility. The Cycle Counter plays a critical role in supporting production flow, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency.**Key Responsibilities**
• Perform scheduled cycle counts of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Accurately record inventory counts in the ERP system
• Identify, research, and communicate inventory discrepancies to management
• Investigate root causes of inventory variances and document corrective actions
• Ensure accuracy of inventory data and compliance with internal controls
• Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required
• Partner with Operations, Production, and Shipping/Receiving to ensure accurate material movement
• Maintain organized records and audit trails related to inventory activity
• Participate in physical inventories as required
• Perform other duties as assigned**Qualifications**
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related role
• Working knowledge of inventory control processes and counting procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred; extrusion or polymer experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age**Additional Information**

**Salary Pay Range:** $18.00-$25.00 per hour dependent on experience\*
