We have a great opportunity for a Home Health RN. The position offers a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week (4 10‑hour days, 8:00 am–6:30 pm). Service area includes Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Winston‑Salem, Lexington, Forsyth and Upper Davidson Counties.
As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for delivering patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving continuous improvements in care quality within our home health program.

Requirements
CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a home health or community health setting preferred
Experience leading or coordinating patient care strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while managing a caseload of home health patients
Knowledge of home health care regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software
Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize patient needs
Valid state‑issued driver’s license required; must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency and have own transportation
