Responsibilities
Deliver individualized nursing care based on residents’ personal care plans.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely fashion.
Assess residents, update care plans, and respond to health changes.
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support resident health and wellness.
Supervise and mentor LPNs/CNAs (RNs supervise LPNs/CNAs; LPNs supervise CNAs).
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical regulations.
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license in the State of Michigan.
CPR certification.
Strong clinical skills and critical‑thinking abilities.
Prior experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing (preferred).
Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) a plus.
Compassion, teamwork, and a deep commitment to resident dignity and safety.
