YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Programmer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing CMM programs to inspect and verify production materials and components, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Develop and modify CMM programs using PC-DMIS or equivalent software.

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications to establish inspection criteria.

Perform dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies using CMM and other precision measuring tools.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality audits.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies.

Train and mentor junior staff on CMM operations and best practices.

Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in CMM programming and operation.

Proficiency in PC-DMIS software and understanding of ANSI/ASME, ISO standards.

Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
