Responsibilities:
Assist with litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
Support senior attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and client interaction.
Participate in regular collaboration on active cases, gaining exposure to complex matters.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of relevant legal experience; labor and employment experience preferred.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong academic background.
California Bar membership in good standing required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Yearly salary range: $135,000–$160,000 (depending on experience).
Competitive compensation and full benefits package, including eligibility for a year‑end discretionary bonus.
