Pharmacy Technician / Pharm Tech Apprenticeship
Base pay range: $20.29/hr - $23.50/hr. This role remains open until filled.
Responsibilities
Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision with pharmacy practices and other department duties.
Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and coach other technicians.
Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, modeling Walgreens service traits.
Support pharmacy operations: inventory management, cash register duties, error reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Participate in clinical services and maintain relationships with the local medical community.
Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated training program.
Basic Qualifications
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Six months of experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
Prior work experience with Walgreens.
Strong math, computer, and store inventory control skills.
PTCB certification.
