Member Election Technician – CalPERS
Base Pay Range:
$3,758.00 – $4,710.00 per year (A).
Location:
Sacramento County.
Work Type:
Permanent, Full Time.
Telework:
Hybrid (up to two days remote).

Responsibilities
Route workflows and manage daily operations within the Member Election Team.
Mail letters, file and log documentation, and run reports.
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor I (Sup I) of the Member Election Team.
Minimum Qualifications All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed in the Classification Specification must be included in your application. If you hold a degree from outside the United States, submit an evaluation of your degree for U.S. equivalency.
Statement of Qualifications
Provide a typed, titled “Statement of Qualifications” (SOQ) that answers the following questions:
Describe your experience and tools you use to keep track of documents, meeting agenda items, and reminders.
Explain how you prioritize your work and handle shifting priorities to complete urgent requests.
SOQs without responses to these questions will not be considered.
Do not use artificial‑intelligence assistance when composing your written response.
The SOQ must be in Arial, no smaller than 11 point, and not exceed two pages.

January 15, 2026. All required documents must be received by this date to be considered.
