What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, investigations, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Research and process exception orders, receipts, and returns using the Warehouse Management System
Collect and analyze key performance indicators to develop actionable reports and dashboards
Mentor team members on best practices for inventory control and safety procedures
Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment with WMS/inventory-management systems
Proficiency in operating material-handling equipment and common office tools (Excel, Word)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recommend corrective actions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration at all levels of the organization
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. and adapt to changing workloads; high school diploma or equivalent required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Associate’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPIM, Six Sigma)
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with experience in training peers
