What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies through root-cause analysis
Research and process exception orders, receipts, and returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable reports for process improvements
Mentor team members on WMS best practices, inventory controls, and safety procedures
Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction-intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
Proficient in operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners
Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable escalating issues and collaborating across levels
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Relevant certifications such as CPIM or Six Sigma
Experience in leading or supporting Kaizen events and Lean initiatives
Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools and reporting techniques
Previous experience in a mentorship or coaching role within a warehouse setting
