What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own and evolve the Customer Success technology ecosystem to ensure effective solutions

Define and document standards, best practices, and repeatable approaches for implementation

Maintain ownership of complex initiatives, ensuring solutions meet evolving business needs

Engage with Professional Services and Digital Success teams to gather and analyze requirements

Act as the technology owner for PSA and Digital Success platforms, managing implementation and administration

What is Required (Qualifications)

8-12 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong understanding of technical capabilities and business processes in SaaS B2B environments

Experience with PSA or project/work management tools (e.g., Rocketlane, Asana)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Demonstrable experience with Professional Services and Customer Success functions and tools

Technical experience with CS/GTM tools such as Gong and ChurnZero

Motivated, high-potential performer with a track record of influencing teams

Self-directed with the ability to manage ambiguity and unexpected change
