The Travel Card Analyst administers the University’s Travel Card program for timely cardholder onboarding, processing, and compliance. They provide new cardholders with information and guidance needed for success, administer UTA’s Jaggaer and Concur platforms, review and approve supplier requests, compile data for 1099 accuracy, and ensure proper distribution through PeopleSoft. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as Travel and Expense Platform and e‑Payables administrator for troubleshooting and functional maintenance. Provide program oversight and maintain precise documentation of travel card guidelines, policies, and control measures. Review e‑Payables errors regularly to ensure timely payments to vendors. Review and approve supplier information in accordance with Disbursements processes. Review payable data for 1099 reconciliation and processing to meet IRS requirements and timelines. Support stakeholders regarding travel card and e‑Payables procedures, regulations, and security best practices. Create prepayment vouchers for the University’s card programs and reconcile clearing accounts. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or four (4) years of experience in governmental or commercial accounting. Preferred Qualifications
PeopleSoft experience. High‑volume customer service experience, including Concur Administration. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Common accounting office machines. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work, communicate, and collaborate in accordance with UTA’s Principles of Community. Other Requirements and Eligibility Conditions
