What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues with root-cause analysis
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable reports and dashboards
Mentor team members on WMS best practices, inventory controls, and safety procedures
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment using WMS/inventory-management systems
Proficient in operating material-handling equipment and common office tools such as Excel and Word
Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Lean initiatives and Kaizen events
Relevant certifications such as CPIM or Six Sigma
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills in a team environment
Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software
Ability to adapt to changing workloads and maintain detail-oriented accuracy
