What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and bin-location variances.
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements.
Mentor team members on best practices in inventory control and safety procedures.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement projects.
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment using WMS/inventory-management systems.
Proficiency in operating material-handling equipment and common office tools such as Excel and Word.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize trends and recommend corrective actions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with CPIM or Six Sigma certifications.
Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities in a team environment.
Familiarity with data integrity and confidentiality practices.
Ability to adapt to changing workloads and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
