What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues through root-cause analysis
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable reports for process improvements
Mentor new and existing team members on best practices in inventory controls and safety procedures
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead or support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction-intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
Proficient in operating material-handling equipment and common office tools such as Excel and Word
Strong analytical skills to sort numerical data, recognize trends, and recommend corrective actions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration across all organizational levels
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with WMS/inventory-management systems
Certification in CPIM, Six Sigma, or similar fields
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills in a warehouse environment
Ability to adapt to changing workloads and lift up to 50 lbs.
