What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts, pick‑path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and lost/found bin issues
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
Mentor team members on WMS best practices and safety procedures
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a transaction‑intensive warehouse or distribution center environment
Proficient in operating material‑handling equipment and common office tools (Excel, Word)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration at all levels
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Six Sigma or CPIM certification
Previous leadership or coaching experience in a warehouse setting
Familiarity with inventory‑management systems and data analysis tools
Ability to adapt to changing workloads and work in a fast‑paced environment
