What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts, pick-path verifications, and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Research, reconcile, and process exception orders and returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements.
Mentor new and existing team members on best practices and safety procedures.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a transaction-intensive warehouse or distribution center environment using WMS/inventory management systems.
Proficiency in operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to sort numerical data and recognize trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software.
Previous leadership or coaching experience in a warehouse environment.
