Education Supervisor

Pay starts at $23.12/hour, up to $26.86/hour with higher education/experience. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is provided.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑3:30 pm. Location: Rutland, MA.
Education Supervisor Responsibilities
Ensure safety and stability of the school environment by providing direct support and coaching to students in crisis.
Provide in‑vivo training and real‑time feedback to staff on proper de‑escalation strategies and effective use of PBIS.
Model positive relationships with students by facilitating and participating in activities.
Supervise Direct Care Staff, facilitate monthly trainings, complete observation documentation, and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications
21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two years’ experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, behavioral disorders, complex PTSD, co‑occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, autism spectrum disorders, or in a school setting.
Supervisory experience required.
Must attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4 pm, in Rutland, MA.
